Ingham Family Medical Practice is a positive, enthusiastic and successful medical practice, striving to deliver excellence in health, continuing quality improvement and best practice medicine and clinical care.
We have a focus on education and teaching, we actively support the registrar training program, James Cook University Medical and Nursing school student attachments, the John Flynn student program and rotating Interns from The Townsville Hospital.
Brett and Mandie Scott have lived in Ingham for 18 years and are the proud, dedicated owners of Ingham Family Medical Practice.
Dr Brett Scott (MBBS (Qld), FRACGP (Rural), Dip RACOG (Lvl C – advanced), Dip Ophthalmology, FACRRM) with paediatric and emergency experience is the leader of a fantastic team of doctors. While he isn’t at work you will find him fishing, camping, boating or tending to his cattle.
Mike Webster is the Nurse Practice Manager and a qualified nurse. His role is to oversee the nursing staff and offside Mandie and Jessica with managing the everyday operation of the practice.
Jessica Lavarini is the Practice Manager. Her role is to facilitate all the processes and directives from state and nation bodies and GP Recruitment. She also oversees the administration of staff and provides administration and IT support to the practice.
